Use this one workbook to register your racers, record their times, and see their results and rank. Additional spreadsheets in the workbook graph the proportion of time for each section of the triathlon (swim, T1, bike, T2, run) and then predict future performance.

Using this workbook is simple:

1. Enter pre-race information into "Registration" sheet, up to 99 people (you can copy & paste to allow more)
2. Enter race results into "Data" sheet

• Times, averages, and ranks are available on the "Raw Data" sheet
• Averages, Medians, standard deviation, and 'chance of beating others' (based upon performance this race) are available on the "Statistical Summary" sheet
• A graph of each participant's cumulative time, displayed by stage is available on the "Graph" sheet. Order the results "fast to slow" by going to "Raw Results" sheet and filtering by "Rank" 'small to large'
